Lake Arrowhead Real Estate Market Report for August 2006

Arrowhead Woods
Home sales are down 43.3% this August compared to this time last year. 67 homes sold in the Arrowhead Woods during August 2005 and 38 sold in August 2006. Home prices have decreased 7.7% this August from last August. The median price of a home sold last year was $455,000 compared to this years $420,000. The August 2006 Median price decreased 12.1% compared to July’s $478,000.

Home prices are down 2.8% this year from last. The median price of a home sold last year was $226,333 compared to this years $220,000. The August 2006 median price decreased 0.8% compared to July’s $221,833.
