Home sales are down 40% this May compared to this time last year. 55 homes sold in the Arrowhead Woods during May 2005 and 33 sold in May 2006. Home prices have increased 20% this May from last May. The median price of a home sold last year was $429,000 compared to this years $515,000. The May 2006 Median price increased 21.2% compared to April’s $425,000.
