Home sales are down 29.6% this February compared to this time last year. 17 homes sold in the Arrowhead Woods during February 2006 and 19 sold in February 2007. Home prices have decreased 2.5% this February from last February. The median price of a home sold last year was $395,000 compared to this years $385,000. The February 2007 Median price increased 2.4% compared to January’s $376,000.
