Home sales are down 60% this June compared to this time last year. 55 homes sold in the Arrowhead Woods during June 2005 and 22 sold in June 2006. Home prices have increased 8.7% this June from last June. The median price of a home sold last year was $399,000 compared to this years $433,833. The June 2006 Median price decreased 15.8% compared to May’s $515,000.
