Home sales are down 40% this October compared to this time last year. 45 homes sold in the Arrowhead Woods during October 2005 and 27 sold in October 2006. Home prices have decreased 4% this October from last October. The median price of a home sold last year was $427,000 compared to this years $410,000. The October 2006 Median price decreased 15% compared to September’s $482,500.
