Home sales are down 55.7% this April compared to this time last year. 61 homes sold in the Arrowhead Woods during April 2005 and 27 sold in April 2006. Home prices have increased 9.3 % this April from last April. The median price of a home last year was $389,000 compared to this years $425,000. The April 2006 Median price decreased 10.5% compared to March’s $475,000.

The April 2006 median price increased 14.2 % compared to March’s $225,000.
