Home sales are down 22.6% this March compared to this time last year. 53 homes sold in the Arrowhead Woods during March 2005 and 41 sold in March 2006. Home prices have increased 21.7 % this March from last March. The median price of a home last year was $390,000 compared to this years $475,000. The March 2006 Median price increased 20.2% compared to February’s $395,000.
