Home sales are down 23.3% this January compared to this time last year. 30 homes sold in the Arrowhead Woods during January 2005 and 23 sold in January 2006. Home prices have increased 29.7% this January from last January. The median price of a home last year was $319,833 compared to this years $415,000. The January 2006 Median price decreased 11.7% compared to December’s $470,000.

The January 2006 Median price decreased 13.1 % compared to December’s $254,333.
