Home sales are down, according to the Lake Arrowhead MLS, but not by much. They are down 1.9% this November compared to this time last year. 52 homes sold in the Arrowhead Woods during November 2004 and 51 sold in November 2005. Home prices have increased 22.7% this November from last November. The median price of a home last year was $346,333 compared to this years $425,000. The November 2005 Median price increased 1.4% compared to October’s $419,000.

Home prices are up 12.7% this year from last. The median price of a home last year was $177,500 compared to this years $200,000. The November 2005 Median price decreased 4.8% compared to October’s $210,000.
